Placing your order
I've made a mistake with my order, Can I change it = If you need to change an aspect of your order, such as the frame colour or print size, please get in touch with us as soon as possible at info@idrewthis.co.uk. Depending on the nature of the change, it is possible we will cancel your original order and ask you to place another with the correct specifications. If your order has already been dispatched we will not be able to process any changes - please follow the return instructions once you receive your order. Please bear in mind, all of our products are made specifically to order for you and so if you need to make a change we need to know as soon as possible.
Delivery & Shipping
When will my order be delivered = Our current lead time for all online orders within the UK is 4-7 working days which begins the day after the order is received and does not include Saturdays and Sundays, and 7 to 21 working days internationally.
If you order one of our Framed prints please note that these can only be shipped to Mainland UK addresses and are made to order.
I have only received part of my order = All prints are made to order so will be dispatched from our printer, all other products will be dispatched from our warehouse so if your order contains both your order will be dispatched from two different locations and so if you order one or more of each, these will arrive in two separate packages. If you have only received part of your order, and you didn’t order both limited editions and digital prints, please get in touch with us as info@idrewthis.co.uk and we’ll check this out.
I need my item sooner, can I pay for express delivery = We do not offer priority or timed delivery services. Unfortunately as our prints are all made to order, we cannot offer guaranteed quicker turnarounds. Our printers & dispatch teams work very hard to get our orders out as quickly as possible and we appreciate your patience on this - we promise it will be worth the wait!
Where is my order = We offer a tracked shipping service for all orders - you will be updated automatically with the tracking number for your order once it has been shipped. If you order has not arrived when expected please get in touch with us at info@idrewthis.co.uk and we will check this out for you.
How much does shipping cost / What are your shipping lead times? = Please see link below
Where do you ship to? = Worldwide, but Framed prints can only be shipped to mainland UK addresses.

What size prints do you offer? = Our prints are offered by standard in four sizes: A1: 594x841mm / 23.4 x 33.1 inches or A2: 420x594mm / 16.5 x 23.4 inches
A3: 297x420mm / 1.7 x 16.5 inches or A4: 210 x 297 mm / 8.3 x 11.7 inches
What framing options are available? = Our framed prints are available in A1,A2,A3 or A4 size and you can choose between a Black, White or Pink frame.
The ready to hang frames are made from solid, obeche wood and with an acrylic glaze that is optically the same as glass and makes them lightweight and safe to hang.
Please note the frames are unmounted
